Before applying online, please be reminded that your application will be tediously reviewed. If your application meets our expectations and you are to be considered as a prospective candidate for the position you're applying to, you will receive a call and/or email from our Human Resources to schedule your interview and/or to submit a copy of the following:
1. Two (2) letters of recommendation from past employers. In this letter, there should be the dates you worked for the company, the position you held while working for this company, your attendance while at the company and a phone number of the person writing the letter on your behalf.
2. Your most recent Tuberculosis Test
3. Hepatitis B Vaccination Record (if you have already received vaccination)
4. Driver's License or State approve Identification Card
5. Another form of Identification (Birth Certificate, Social Security Card)
6. Any Special Training Certification
7. A copy of your Nursing License or C.N.A. Certification
NOTE: For applications that were not considered, you will receive a letter and/or email stating that we do not have a position for you at this time. Please do not be discouraged if your application was not considered. Brightmoor Nursing Center will hold your application for 90 days for a possible future position. We encourage all applicants to keep updating your applications after the 90-days period expires.
Approximately 60 people are employed to care for the residents of Brightmoor Nursing Center. Only those persons embracing our mission philosophy --- to provide only the best resident-focused care --- are members of the Brightmoor Nursing Center's staff.
